What should I do if I receive the wrong product or didn't receive a product?

Contact us immediately via email with your order number and a detailed description of the issue so we can do our best to correct the issue as soon as possible. 

What should I do if I received a damaged product?

We only accept return within 7 business days after delivery of the product.  At our discretion, if you have an eligible return, we will offer an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

   •    Not be used and in the same condition you received it. 
   •    Provide an image of products condition.
   •    Provide proof of purchase. 

Refunds may be contingent upon inspection. If inspection is requested the customer is responsible for the shipping cost back to the company. Once we receive your item , we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your items.  We will then immediately notify you on the status of your returned item, if approved you will be credited the full amount in store credit or shipped a replacement product within 7 business days.

All November Pre-Orders will be shipped first come first serve within the first 2 weeks of December, you will be notified when your order is being shipping.  After shipment notification you will received your product within 5-7 business delays.  Within reason to seasonal delays.
